Accounts and access
Provide accurate information and use an identity you are authorised to control. EcoSystem manages sign-in. Keep OTPs and account access private, and report suspected misuse. Employer and jobseeker workspaces are separate; becoming an employer requires manual approval before hiring activity is enabled.
If you act for a business, you must have authority to represent it. Signing in, claiming a business relationship or receiving approval does not guarantee that a person or organisation will meet its obligations.
Jobs, applications and hiring decisions
Employers are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and availability of their vacancies and for their own recruitment decisions. Jobseekers are responsible for the accuracy of profiles, resumes and applications. Apply only with information you are entitled to share.
JobChahiye provides recruitment tools and matching suggestions. A match, application, shortlist, selection status or contact unlock does not guarantee an interview, offer, employment or a successful hire. Review the full role and make your own checks before making commitments.
Employers must not request payment from applicants to apply for, obtain or secure a job through a listing. Report suspicious requests using the contact form. Do not place private applicant contact details, credentials or unlawful content in public job descriptions.
Employer credits, contact access and payments
Where paid employer services are enabled, the package, currency, price and included credits are shown before checkout. Credits and access are recorded after payment verification. Test-mode records do not represent live purchases or live credit balances.
A contact unlock is subject to employer approval, application eligibility and the candidate's sharing choice. Access is for the stated hiring purpose; do not resell, publish or use the information for unrelated solicitation. Access may stop following withdrawal, suspension or a sharing change.
For a verified purchase, you can request a refund review from Purchase history after signing in. For an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, missing credit or a payment you cannot find, contact the team with the payment reference. Requests require review; submitting a request does not automatically reverse payment or restore credits. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Acceptable use and moderation
Do not submit fake or misleading profiles, spam, discriminatory or unlawful vacancies, impersonation, malicious files, or content that violates another person's rights. Do not bypass permissions, scrape private information, interfere with the service or share access with unauthorised people.
JobChahiye may review or restrict listings and local workspace/staff access in response to misuse or policy concerns. A restriction can affect visibility or access without deleting historical applications or transaction records. Service availability can also be affected by maintenance or technical interruptions.

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Applicable laws of India govern use of the service; nothing here removes protections that applicable law requires.
