JobChahiye.com is operated by WorkMind Technologies. We use information you provide to run recruitment accounts and respond to requests:
- Sign-in and identity information supplied through EcoSystem, including your mobile identity and application session.
- Jobseeker profile details, skills, work history, job preferences, private resumes, applications and contact-sharing choices.
- Employer company and contact details, logos, vacancies and review decisions.
- Credit purchases, payment-provider references, wallet entries, contact-unlock records and transaction notification status.
- Contact-form details and messages, support decisions, and security or service logs used to operate and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use this information for sign-in, profile management, matching, applications, employer review, hiring workflows, payments, authorised contact access, account or transaction messages, support and misuse prevention.
Sharing and access
Published vacancies show company and job information. Jobseeker contact details and resumes are not a public directory. An eligible employer may unlock contact details and a submitted resume for a selected application where the candidate has allowed contact sharing. Previous recipients may retain information they already obtained.
EcoSystem provides identity and verified-email services shared by participating websites. Having an identity on another website does not automatically publish a JobChahiye profile or grant employer/staff authority. Service providers process the information needed for hosting, storage, authentication, messaging and payment processing. Authorised staff can review information required for their assigned work. Information may also be retained or disclosed when required by applicable law.
Cookies and connected services
We use session and security cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. Customer sessions are configured for up to 30 days; explicit logout, expiry or revocation can end access sooner. Staff access has its own controls. Disabling essential cookies can prevent sign-in or form submission.
Payment processing uses Razorpay. Account verification and transaction messages use the configured identity and messaging services. Their own notices apply to information they process. Links to other websites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices and requests
You can edit available profile fields, manage email verification, withdraw an application and change contact-sharing choices in your workspace. Withdrawal or stopping sharing restricts future platform access; it cannot recall information already shared.
Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion, raise a privacy concern or ask for help with a choice you cannot make in the interface. We may ask you to verify your identity and clarify the request. Requests are reviewed against applicable obligations and necessary records; a contact-form submission does not automatically delete an account.
Records and retention
Some recruitment history, financial records, security events and decision history may need to remain for service operation, disputes or applicable record-keeping obligations. Ask us about the information relating to your account and any deletion request. Do not send sensitive documents or credentials through the public contact form.
